SCI, the Leader in Real Estate Executive Search®, is seeking a Finance Associate to join our client, a forward-thinking investor and developer of multifamily and mixed-use real estate. The organization is based in Bethesda, MD and has a robust pipeline of deals in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast.
The Finance Associate will make an impact on the entire lifecycle of investments, from deal analysis and underwriting, to capital structuring and closing.
Involvement will include:
- Deal Analysis
- Presenting to Investment Committee
- Leading debt finance for deals
- Participating in equity structuring for deals
- Coordinating legal
- Negotiating documents and leading the closing of transactions
Ideal candidates will have multifamily deal finance experience coming from a brokerage or investment firm.
