Help Desk Support (DAI, Financial)BizFirst is assisting our client with recruiting a skilled and experienced Help Desk Support Analyst (DAI, Financial). The role will involve handling DAI access requirements and maintenance, as well as providing support and troubleshooting for Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) and other related issues. In addition, the position will require creating training materials, preparing bi-weekly metrics and progress reports, monthly communication tools, and reporting.Responsibilities:Provide Tier 1 helpdesk support (triage) to users, resolving issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate teamsHandle DAI access requirements, including provisioning and maintaining user access according to established policies and proceduresTroubleshoot and provide support for Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) and related modules, ensuring timely resolution of issues and minimizing system downtimeDevelop and maintain training materials to enable end-users to effectively utilize DAI and related modulesPrepare bi-weekly metrics and progress reports, summarizing help desk activities, ticket resolution, and user satisfaction levelsAssist in the creation of monthly communication tools, including newsletters, user tips, and system updates, to enhance user awareness and adoption of DAI and related modulesGenerate regular reports on help desk performance, including ticket volumes, resolution times, and user feedback, to identify trends and areas for improvementRequirements:U.S. Citizenship required DoD Secret Clearance or higherMinimum of three (3) years of experience within the past ten (10) years in direct support of Oracle Federal financial and accounting operationsStrong knowledge and experience with Oracle Federal Financial or DAI modules, including Budget to Report, Cost Accounting, Procure to Pay, Oracle Time and Labor, OBIEE, User Management (UMX), and Order to CashProven experience in providing Tier 1 helpdesk support, including issue triaging, ticket management, and resolutionAbility to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle Time and Labor and other related modulesExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical usersStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesDetail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and problem-solvingAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team environmentDesired Skills:Experience with other Oracle Financials modules and integration pointsFamiliarity with reporting tools and data analysisUnderstanding of ITIL processes and methodologiesRelevant certifications in DAI or related fields are a plusJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:Family Health Care (54% cost covered for the entire family)Family Dental (54% cost covered for the entire family)Family Vision (54% cost covered for the entire family)Flexible Spending AccountOverutilization bonuses for Time and Materials (T&M) contractsLifetime Event Bonuses (e.g., child, marriage)Profit-sharing arrangement for any work brought into the companyUnlimited Leave with Approval401k 100% employer match on first 4% invested$1,000 training budgetSchedule: Monday to FridayWork Location: On-site Virginia BeachBizFirst LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race or ethnicity, religion, sex, national origin, age, veteran disability or genetic information or any other reason prohibited by law in employment.
