Understands manufacturing (Including ISA-95 standard for manufacturing data)

Experience with consumer marketing and B2B relationships

Understands HR with a manufacturing business

Technical ability to write detailed user stories

Heavy experience using JIRA and Rally

Hands on and client facing abilities

Consulting industry experience, demonstrated through 7+ years of BA experience

Experience in managing client relationships and seeking additional opportunities to serve them

Experience creating User Stories

Must have experience with hybrid teams onshore and offshore

Knowledge of KPIs and Dashboarding
