Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Illinois SLP or SLPA license required
• Professional Educator License (PEL) needed for SLPs
• Previous school-based experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Strong communication and organization skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect speech-language services to elementary school students
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support student success
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive school culture
