Account Executive (Remote, Uncapped Commission)

ABOUT FUNDIO

Fundio is a technology company building an AI operator for outbound sales teams. The system works leads end to end: texts every one within seconds, holds the conversation, qualifies them, books the call, and hands a rep a person who is already warm and already expecting them. Companies use Fundio for one reason. Their reps have more leads than hours, and the leads nobody reaches are worth nothing.

THE ROLE

You will own your sales funnel from prospecting through close. We provide all the training and guidance needed to succeed, however this is a hands on, high autonomy role for someone who can build a pipeline from the ground up. Which means you identify the accounts, outreach, run the demos, handle the trial, close the deal, and then help build the team that does it for you. You already know the problem we solved. Every lead you never called back. Every "text me tomorrow" that you meant on Friday and lost by Tuesday. Every list that was gold in week one and cold by week three. You will be selling the thing you always wished someone had built for you.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

Identify and prospect target accounts: sales managers, brokerage owners, agency founders, contractors, staffing firms, dealerships, anyone running a team of reps against a list. Generate your own pipeline through outbound calling, texting and relationship building. You will run Fundio on your own prospects, so the product works your list while you work your calls. Lead discovery calls. Understand how a prospect runs outbound today: how many reps, how many leads a month, what they use now, what happens to a lead that comes in at nine at night. Run the demo. You show a prospect their own leads getting answered at two in the morning, in words they approved themselves. Most calls end with them asking how fast they can start. Move prospects through the free trial. Get them signed up, through setup, and to their first send. The trial is where the product proves itself, and getting a prospect to that first campaign is a real part of your job rather than a handoff. Handle objections, pricing conversations and the close. Deal structures range from a single brokerage to a multi office group, and you will help shape what those look like. Keep clean records of pipeline, next steps, expected close dates and value, inside Fundio itself.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Drive and ambition, and the wish to be part of something bigger than yourself. This is the first requirement and the last one. Someone who can build a pipeline rather than work leads handed to them. Comfortable on the phone all day, and comfortable being told no. Excited by an early stage company and by the chance to help build a sales organization rather than join one. Experience selling software, marketing services, lead generation or anything to sales teams is welcome and is not required.

THE MONEY

Your first five deals are commission only, and uncapped. Close five and everything changes. You move onto base salary plus commission, and you can earn the opportunity to build a team of your own reps and earn on their buisness.
