Customer Support Team Member

Weber Industries, Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic, detail oriented, customer-focused individual, who possesses a positive, team-first attitude to assist customers on a daily basis. This individual will be responsible for setting and ensuring that the customers’ expectations are always met. General Responsibilities Entry of customer orders Efficiently assist customers with inquiries via phone, online chat, or email Processing freight bills from various carriers Investigate customer freight issues Work with logistics companies to ensure on time deliveries Communicate customer concerns to management Assist sales staff with various inquiries Other duties as assigned by manager What We are Looking For We are looking for a team player who is focused on serving our customers. Applicants must understand the importance and urgency in providing customers with accurate information. Previous customer service experience, including data entry is a must.
