This position offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of complex civil matters while receiving hands-on experience in all phases of litigation. Responsibilities Manage cases from inception through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda Conduct legal research and analysis Prepare and respond to written discovery Take and defend depositions Attend hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences Participate in trial preparation and courtroom proceedings Communicate directly with clients, experts, and opposing counsel Develop litigation strategy in collaboration with senior attorneys Qualifications Juris Doctor from an accredited law school Active license and good standing with the State Bar 3+ years of litigation experience preferred Strong legal research and writing skills Experience handling depositions and court appearances is a plus Excellent communication and organizational abilities Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment Federal court experience is beneficial but not required Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
