Responsibilities Extensive legal research and writing Drafting motions, memoranda and other pleadings Defending and conducting depositions Attending and arguing hearings Drafting appellate briefs Drafting deposition summaries Responding to discovery requests Managing multiple research and writing projects simultaneously, while adhering to strict deadlines Support with trial preparation The position requires excellent academic credentials, strong communication and writing skills, and comfortable interacting directly with clients, opposing counsel, and judges Competitive salary and benefits offered.
