Relation Insurance is seeking a polished, highly organized Sales Operations Coordinator to support sales leadership and producers across a growing team. This is a high-visibility role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys balancing multiple priorities, and loves keeping people, projects, and systems moving forward.

This is not a purely administrative role. You’ll serve as a key partner to sales leadership—helping support producer activity, maintain CRM accuracy, coordinate events and meetings, and provide the operational support that keeps a high-performing sales organization running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

• Support sales leadership and producers with day-to-day coordination and operational execution
• Help maintain Salesforce data accuracy and support producers with CRM updates, reporting, and navigation
• Serve as a go-to internal resource for sales support needs and follow-up requests
• Help keep producers organized, accountable, and on track with internal processes and activity management
• Coordinate internal meetings, producer events, and client-facing event logistics
• Manage scheduling, travel arrangements, hotel bookings, vendor coordination, and event details
• Prepare polished presentations, reports, proposals, and sales support materials
• Assist with communications, outreach campaigns, and sales support initiatives as needed
• Track deadlines, tasks, and ongoing projects to ensure timely execution
• Partner with leadership to improve workflows and support business growth
• Provide general administrative and operational support as needed

What You Bring:

• 1–5 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, client services, customer service, event coordination, executive support, or related roles
• Recent college graduates with strong internships or relevant experience are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional presence
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
• Confidence working with business systems and learning new technology quickly
• Experience with Salesforce or another CRM strongly preferred
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Experience coordinating meetings, travel, or events is a plus
• Insurance or financial services experience is helpful but not required
