Accounts Receivable Assistant

PPO Medical, Dental, and Vision plans available as well as a generous PTO policy. The Accounts Receivable Assistant role is located in the Framingham, Massachusetts HealthDrive office. The AR Assistant must be available for a fully in-person position. The starting pay rate range for this role is $15.00-17.00 per hour. Responsibilities:

• Assisting the dental claims team with ongoing cases.
• Compiling paperwork electronically from HealthDrive systems and efaxing a packet for authorization.
• Obtaining paperwork received in the office and entering information into the system.
• Generating invoices and emailing them to facility partners.
• Researching denied authorizations and coordinating with other departments on outcomes.
• Other projects as assigned.

Qualifications: Physical requirements:

• Ability to sit for long periods of time.
• Ability to use office equipment such as computer, phone, fax, and copier. Microsoft Office experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. occasionally for duties related to office work.

Education requirement: high school diploma or equivalent.
