Head of Operational Excellence & Training

Tango Therapeutics, Inc is seeking an Associate Director of Operational Excellence to design and implement standardized processes across Development, driving efficiency and inspection readiness. You will translate strategic aims into scalable processes, define standards and training curricula, and lead improvement initiatives with multiple functional teams.

Required 8–10+ years in operational excellence within regulated life sciences, plus strong data analysis and stakeholder engagement.
