Hybrid Credit & Collections Specialist — San Antonio, TX

A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Hybrid Credit & Collections Specialist for a full-time (40 hrs/week) contract opportunity in San Antonio, TX (hybrid) .

Pay

• $20.00/hr

Schedule / Work Setup

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Hybrid schedule
• • Mon–Thu: Onsite (San Antonio, TX)
  • Fri: Remote

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll provide operational support to a Customer Financial Services team by managing billing and account activities across customer portals and internal systems.

Key responsibilities include:

• Review and upload billings to customer portals
• Support invoice processing and portal administration
• Serve as a point of contact for credit card processing
• Respond to customer account inquiries in a timely, professional manner
• Escalate issues to internal partners/management as needed
• Identify and communicate process improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of government and commercial collections
• Strong customer service and communication skills (written & verbal)
• Strong attention to detail; ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred

• Experience with SAP (or other ERP systems such as Oracle)
• Microsoft Office experience
• Shared service center experience
