We're looking for a highly organized, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Assistant to support our growing sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and wants to grow within a dynamic company.

Position Summary

The Sales Assistant plays a key role in supporting our Account Executives by coordinating projects, preparing proposals, communicating with clients and vendors, and ensuring projects move efficiently from quote to delivery. This position requires exceptional organization, attention to detail, and a positive, solutions-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with quotes, proposals, presentations, and order processing.
• Communicate with clients regarding order status, artwork approvals, production timelines, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with internal creative, production, purchasing, and logistics teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Assist in sourcing promotional products, print materials, branded merchandise, signage, and packaging.
• Prepare client presentations, samples, and marketing materials.
• Follow up on outstanding quotes and customer requests.
• Help manage customer web-to-print portals and recurring ordering programs.
• Assist Account Executives with day-to-day administrative and project support.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, account management, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Experience with CRM systems, Zoho and Apollo
• Experience in print, promotional products, marketing, packaging, or branding is preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
