MUST have level 1 trauma acute care experience. 1 year of level 1 trauma acute care experience required. Therapy services are provided to a wide range of patient care areas, including medicine, surgery, orthopedics, neurology, cardiopulmonary, oncology. Shift: Employee would work Monday through Friday, 0700-1530 (start time could be flexible up to 0800). Would be required to work one weekend (Saturday and Sunday) during a 4 week period, which would result in a day off during the applicable week. Certifications required: BLS, State Licensed. Years of experience REQ: 1. First-timers accepted: Yes. Weekend REQ: Yes. Is on-call REQ? (N). Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes - may be utilized in any therapy service line. Floating Req to Sister Facilities: (N). Locals accepted: No. What is the local radius rule? 75 miles. Pending State License accepted: (Y). RTO Restrictions: No more than 7 days within 13-week contract. Guaranteed Hours: Yes, 3 shifts per 13 weeks. The cancelled shifts must be the regular shift length to which the Contractor Personnel is assigned. Special Requirements: Required skills: acute care experience, strong communication, desire to work in a variety of patient populations. Assessments, Documentation, Patient/family education and Safety & injury prevention required. Role is primary inpatient acute care Hospital.
