Join a growing manufacturing team as a Shipping Lead overseeing shipping, receiving, inventory control, and quality inspection operations. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for coordinating domestic and international shipments, verifying incoming and outgoing products, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring customer orders are processed correctly and delivered on time.

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily shipping, receiving, and inspection activities
• Package, label, weigh, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Process domestic and international shipments using FedEx, UPS, and freight carriers
• Inspect incoming materials and finished products for quality and accuracy
• Maintain inventory through FIFO practices, cycle counts, and ERP transactions
• Coordinate freight shipments, secure competitive carrier rates, and schedule deliveries
• Manage shipping documentation, export paperwork, and database records
• Track RMAs and resolve shipping or quality-related issues
• Train and support employees across shipping, receiving, and inspection functions
• Ensure compliance with safety, PPE, and quality standards

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of shipping, receiving, warehouse, logistics, or quality control experience
• Experience with FedEx, UPS, freight coordination, and inventory management
• Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office
• Ability to read blueprints, bills of materials, and production documents preferred
• Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $52000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
