Regional General Manager (RGM) Paschal Home Services is a privately held, non-private equity backed home services provider, still growing with 13 locations and 400+ employees. We are building something designed to last - focused on long-term growth, best-in-class culture, and doing things the right way. We are seeking an entrepreneurial Regional General Manager to lead, scale, and grow our Oklahoma market. This role is ideal for a proven operator who wants to build - not flip - a business. Someone who values ownership, teamwork, camaraderie, and culture, while still driving performance and accountability. This is not a maintenance role or a short-term turnaround.
