We are seeking an energetic and motivated Marketing Events Assistant to support the execution of promotional campaigns and customer engagement initiatives throughout the Cincinnati area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to gain hands-on experience in marketing, brand promotion, and customer outreach.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
- Represent client brands professionally and create positive customer experiences.
- Engage directly with consumers to provide information about products and services.
- Support brand awareness efforts and customer acquisition goals.
- Work closely with team members and management to ensure campaign success.
- Track campaign performance and provide feedback to leadership.
- Maintain a positive and professional image while interacting with customers.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
