Now Hiring Production Operator Location: Lyndhurst, NJ Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour Schedule Options: Thursday-Sunday, 6:00 PM - 4:30 AM | Friday-Sunday, 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM Job Overview Think you can handle the controls? This Production Operator job gives you the chance to run the line, solve problems, and earn paychecks that keep stacking. Requirements High school diploma or GED required Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, or warehouse experience preferred Ability to read and follow written instructions and standard procedures Basic math and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality Forklift experience is a plus Ability to work safely in a production or manufacturing environment Physically able to meet job demands (lifting, standing, movement, etc.) Willingness to follow all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements Daily Responsibilities Operate manual and semi-automated production equipment Load raw materials into machinery and blending systems Monitor equipment performance, gauges, and production processes Perform routine quality checks and product testing to ensure specifications are met Package, label, palletize, and prepare finished goods for shipment Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts when required Maintain accurate production records and documentation Follow all safety policies, procedures, and company regulations Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards Perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting Assist with additional production tasks and projects as assigned Benefits Weekly Pay: Honest money for honest work Solid Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance + Disability Future Proof: Optional 401(k) plan Safety First: We keep the floor safe so you can focus on the job Solid Crew: Join a team that values what you do Staffmark is an equal opportunity employer.
