Job Description & Requirements Occupational Therapist - Outpatient - (OT) StartDate: 4/6/2026 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $2153.00 - $2219.00 AMN Healthcare is partnering with a full-service outpatient physical therapy center in Sun City West, AZ to find an Occupational Therapist (OT). This center prioritizes quality 1:1 care over speed, offering an exceptional environment for professionals dedicated to patient-centered service. The facility boasts a supportive leadership team that treats contract staff like their own and ensures a great workplace atmosphere. Staff enjoy flexible schedules, team outings, and occasional complimentary lunches. All candidates must be registered and credentialed as Medicare providers in the state of Arizona in order to be eligible for this position. They prefer contracts for a full year, with the flexibility to renew if the arrangement is working well. Patients are scheduled at a pace of two per hour, allowing for thorough and effective treatment sessions. The center is equipped with a full gym and diverse equipment, encouraging comprehensive rehabilitation strategies. The facility is conveniently located near several MLB spring training facilities in Surprise, presenting unique opportunities to work with professional athletes.
