Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) for a school-based assignment supporting students in Parker, AZ. The role is based out of Lake Havasu City with a carpool arrangement available for the 37‑mile commute to the school location. Key Responsibilities Provide occupational therapy services to pediatric students in a school setting Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with school and state guidelines Requirements Active Arizona OT License Experience in pediatric or school‑based settings preferred Knowledge of IEP processes and documentation Strong communication and collaboration skills 5–7 years of professional experience Bachelor's degree or higher in related field Additional Details School‑year contract (July – May) Carpool provided from Lake Havasu City to Parker, AZ Supportive and collaborative school environment Willingness to travel regularly as required Compensation and Benefits Base salary $130,000 to $140,000 per year.
