Practice Manager

Compensation: $69,262.67 - $86,630.33 annual salary (based on years of experience) Summary: There aretwo components to this role; managing, developing, and improving a providerspractice and managing the department that supports the practice. Leadershipin building and maintaining provider practices. Focus on day-to-dayperformance, identifying and resolving issues, and developing improvements inthe organization using metrics and industry best practices. Workscollaboratively with Peers and other departments in the organization to ensurebest in class results based on metrics and quality. Proactively review andanalyze operational data to drive continuous improvements in performance. Effectivemanagement of time and resources, ensure staff morale, productivity, quality,safety, and maintain less than 15 % turn-over rates. Work with the organizationto ensure all departments are staffed appropriately.
