Case Manager - Reentry & Community Services

Westcare Foundation Inc

Westcare is seeking a Case Manager to oversee a large caseload of participants from substance abuse programs. You'll manage case documentation, coordinate services, and travel to Community Based Providers. The ideal candidate has experience in the criminal justice system and preferably a degree in related fields such as Psychology or Social Work. Strong organizational and documentation skills are essential for this role. #J-18808-Ljbffr Westcare
