Program Support Specialist

Join AZAD as a Program Support Specialist and work in the Office of Security and Continuity of Operations within the Personnel & Information Security organization. The Program Support Specialist position will provide support to the Personnel Security Program within the Personal Identity Verification, Badging, Access and Compliance Program of NNP. This is a 2 year plus consultant position with high probability of long term and ongoing continued employment. This position is full-time on site based in Vancouver, WA or Portland, OR with onsite 5 days per week. The hourly pay rate range for this position (which includes a health and welfare fringe benefit of $4.93) is $28.93 to $43.93 depending on related qualifications and experience, as well as composition of selected compensation package. The ideal candidate must possess the minimum qualifications: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Business Administration or closely related field is preferred. With a Bachelor's Degree in applicable fields, 1 year of experience is required. With an Associate's Degree in applicable fields, 3 years of experience is required. Without a degree, 5 years of experience is required. Experience should be consistent with the specific requirements of program support and coordination and be progressively more technical in nature. Preferred: Background/familiarization with policies such as government onboarding, badge issuance and accountability (i.e. HSPD-12), national security clearances and public trust background investigations and applicable statutes and Executive Orders.
