Description

We’re looking for a well-rounded Inside Sales / Operations Support Representative to join our steel pipe distribution team in Woodland, WA. This role blends customer support, sales coordination, and collaboration with our yard and operations team. You won’t be tied to a desk all day—this position offers a balanced mix of office work and real-time coordination with materials and inventory, giving you a more connected view of how orders move from quote to delivery. Key Responsibilities Support customers with quotes, order entry, and product inquiries via phone, email, and in person Work closely with operations to confirm inventory, availability, and order details Occasionally step out to the yard to verify materials, check specifications, or support order accuracy Coordinate with shipping, receiving, and sales teams to ensure smooth order flow Build strong relationships with contractors, fabricators, and industrial customers Assist with tracking orders, updating customers, and resolving issues as needed Maintain familiarity with products, pricing, and inventory levels

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hr.
