Sales Operations Analyst At Specialized, we believe data is crucial in modernizing our business. Specialized is seeking a motivated and experienced analyst to help deliver insights from our data and keep the business running smoothly. Reporting into our North America Sales Operations team, this role will interface with teams throughout the North America business to streamline business processes, support the Sales team, build business tools/reports, and present recommendations to leadership. You will serve as a primary point of contact for Sales team escalations, navigating complex business scenarios, resolving critical issues, and aligning decisions with senior and executive management. This role requires exceptional cross functional leadership, strong analytical judgment, and the ability to operate with clarity and influence in high pressure situations. This role requires the ability to step into the shoes of business users and truly comprehend business challenges. To be successful in this role, applicants must be comfortable wearing many hats and learning on the job. One day you’ll be deep in the weeds on a technical issue and the next you could be building a dashboard for a new sales initiative. In this role you will be exposed to a wide variety of best-in-class technologies and help accelerate the growth of the North America business at the leading brand in the cycling industry.
