Customer Service Specialist (100% Remote - NY/NJ Residents Only) *Location:* Remote (Must reside in New York or New Jersey)

About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented *Customer Service Specialist* to join a growing team in a fully remote environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service experience, SAP knowledge, and experience in order processing. You will serve as a key point of contact for customers, manage sales orders, support the sales team, and collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities
* Process and manage customer sales orders accurately through SAP
* Enter and track orders from receipt through fulfillment
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customer accounts
* Communicate effectively with customers regarding products, orders, and inventory availability
* Research products, review inventory levels, and provide accurate information to customers
* Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and issue resolution
* Support the sales team by responding to customer inquiries and assisting with customer needs
* Maintain accurate customer and order records within company systems
Required Qualifications
* 2-3 years of customer service, customer support, or account support experience
* Hands-on experience with *SAP*
* Experience with *order processing* and *order entry*
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems
* High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience supporting sales teams or customer accounts
* Experience in inventory management or product support
* Experience working in a remote environment
