Office Assistant / Customer Service & Social Media Coordinator
Location: Buffalo, NY
Job Type: Full-time or Part-time
Pay: $20–24 per hour (based on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
We're a growing e-commerce company launching our Buffalo office and are looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated team member to help us build our operations from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and ship packages
- Prepare and organize customer orders
- Provide customer service via email and social media
- Manage and update social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
- Assist with inventory and office organization
- Perform general administrative and office support duties
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable using computers and common office software
- Familiar with social media platforms
- Customer service or office experience is preferred
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- English required; bilingual (English/Chinese) is a plus
