Office Assistant / Customer Service & Social Media Coordinator

Location: Buffalo, NY
Job Type: Full-time or Part-time
Pay: $20–24 per hour (based on experience)
Start Date: Immediate

We're a growing e-commerce company launching our Buffalo office and are looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated team member to help us build our operations from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and ship packages
  • Prepare and organize customer orders
  • Provide customer service via email and social media
  • Manage and update social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
  • Assist with inventory and office organization
  • Perform general administrative and office support duties

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable using computers and common office software
  • Familiar with social media platforms
  • Customer service or office experience is preferred
  • Able to lift up to 30 lbs
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
  • English required; bilingual (English/Chinese) is a plus
