Location: Hialeah, FL 33018

Pay: $18/hour

2nd Shift: 6:00 PM - Finish (up to 6:00 AM)

We're seeking an experienced Reach Truck Operator, Stand Up Forklift, or Order Selector to join our warehouse team. This role is responsible for operating a stand-up reach truck, moving inventory throughout the warehouse, and supporting shipping and receiving operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate a stand-up reach truck safely and efficiently.

• Move, stack, and retrieve pallets from warehouse racking systems.

• Perform put-away, replenishment, and order-picking tasks.

• Load and unload trucks as needed.

• Use RF scanners and WMS systems to track inventory.

• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any issues.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recent stand-up reach truck experience.

• Experience using RF scanners and inventory systems.

• Warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience required.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Work Environment

Open-bay warehouse setting with active material handling operations. This position requires standing for extended periods, operating warehouse equipment, and following all safety procedures.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hialeah, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
