Recruitment Manager, Ai First Mindset

US Tech Solutions is seeking a hands-on highly motivated and driven Recruitment Manager to lead delivery for large enterprise clients with recurring needs across IT, engineering, and professional roles. Most requisitions flow through vendor management systems (VMS) operated by client teams or external managed service providers (MSPs).

You will own recruiting performance and client engagement for your assigned accounts. This includes leading offshore recruiting teams, improving candidate quality, building relationships with hiring managers and MSP stakeholders, and using AI throughout the recruiting process to deliver stronger outcomes at scale.

What you’ll do

• Lead day-to-day recruitment delivery for high-volume enterprise accounts, from VMS requisition intake through placement.
• Manage, coach, and hold offshore recruiting teams accountable for speed, quality, productivity, and client-specific requirements.
• Set clear priorities across requisitions, improve intake quality, and guide recruiters toward candidates who meet both the technical and functional needs of each role.
• Review submissions for fit and quality. Personally support candidate preparation, interview debriefs, and follow-through on priority roles.
• Build deep relationships with hiring managers, client program teams, and MSP stakeholders. Use those relationships to improve engagement, anticipate demand, and grow revenue within existing accounts.
• Attend regular client events and meetings. Provide quarterly business reviews in person or over virtual meetings.
• Run customer and candidate satisfaction surveys and develop plans to implement ongoing improvements to our process.
• Own account-level metrics and aggressive delivery targets, including submission quality, interview and placement conversion, response time, fill rates, redeployment, and revenue growth.
• Identify bottlenecks in the recruiting funnel and take action quickly, using data and client feedback to improve results.
• Drive our AI + Human recruiting strategy. Apply AI automation to sourcing, screening support, candidate outreach, engagement, workflow management, and reporting while maintaining sound recruiter judgment and a strong candidate experience.
• Help refine processes and AI workflows so the team can handle volume more efficiently without sacrificing accuracy, relevance, or relationships.

What you bring

• Proven experience managing recruitment delivery for large enterprise clients, ideally in staffing programs run through a VMS and an MSP.
• Strong experience recruiting across IT, engineering, and professional roles, including high-volume and recurring demand.
• Experience leading offshore recruiting teams and improving performance through coaching, operating rhythms, and clear metrics.
• A record of meeting demanding account targets and growing business through strong client, MSP, and hiring manager relationships.
• The ability to assess candidate fit beyond keywords, challenge weak submissions, and guide recruiters on technical and functional requirements.
• Hands-on experience preparing candidates for interviews, gathering debriefs, and turning feedback into better searches and submissions.
• An AI-first mindset and practical experience using AI tools or automation to improve recruiting productivity, candidate engagement, and quality.
• Strong communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to manage multiple stakeholders and fast-moving requisitions.

Work arrangement: Hybrid, with three days each week in our Jersey City office.

Compensation - Base compensation between $90K - $120K per year plus attractive incentives with average total compensation for these roles between $150K - $225K on an average for meeting the goals and targets.
