Job Description

Join a dedicated team at a Joint Commission Accredited Primary Stroke Center, providing essential emergency nursing services in a fast-paced environment. This role involves caring for patients of all ages in a 21-bed emergency department, ensuring high-quality patient care and effective emergency responses.

Responsibilities

• Assess and manage patients in emergency situations.
• Provide trauma and resuscitation care as needed.
• Administer IVs, IV drips, and oxygen support during emergencies.
• Manage blood products and basic telemetry/EKG.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must possess an active RN license.
• ACLS, BLS, NIH, de-escalation training (HWC, CPI or MAB), and PALS certifications required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in emergency nursing is required.
• Prior experience in emergency medicine and psych ER is a plus.
