Job Description
DUTIES:
Prepare cost estimates for construction projects. Collect historical cost data to estimate costs. Analyze project plans, specifications and request for proposals, to prepare time, cost, materials, equipment and labor estimates. Set up cost monitoring and reporting systems and procedures. Establish, maintain and monitor construction bid process and conduct negotiations. Estimate material and labor cost for budgeting. Coordinate RFIs and material procurement.
REQUIREMENTS:
Master’s degree or equivalent in Construction Management or related field. Travel/relocation may be required to project worksites in the Northeast USA for long or short durations and unknown frequency.
WORK LOCATION(S):
1741 Whitehorse-Mercerville Rd., Mercerville, NJ 08619 and other unanticipated project worksites in the Northeast USA. Frequency of travel to project worksites in the Northeast USA and duration of work assignments are undetermined at present.
