Are you outgoing, energetic, and love connecting with people? We are looking for a motivated Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team at Blush 809!
Part-Time Sales Associate
Location: Downtown Blue Ridge, GA
Position Type: Part-Time (3 days/week)
Schedule: Sunday, Monday, & Tuesday
( Must be able to work these specific days and occasional Saturdays/holidays).
In this role we need someone (preferably w/ retail sales experience) who won't just stand behind a counter, but will actively welcome/engage with customers, share product knowledge, and connect with our customers w/ a genuine, positive attitude.
Responsibilities
Client Experience: Deliver a warm, elevated shopping experience with personalized styling and tailored product recommendations.
Product Expertise: Share brand heritage, craftsmanship details, and luxury leather/ textile care tips with clients.
Transaction Management: Process transactions accurately using POS systems.
Visual Merchandising: Maintain pristine displays and ensure all items are impeccably presented.
Inventory: pricing/tagging and putting out merchandise regularly. (able to lift 15+ lbs on a regular basis).
Qualifications
Luxury Fashion Passion: Experience or strong interest in vintage luxury, high-end fashion, and styling preferred.
Communication Skills: Polished, professional demeanor and communication skills.
Professional Presentation: Commitment to brand grooming standards and comfort standing in a fast-paced environment.
Relationship-Driven: Proactive, customer-first attitude focused on building client relationships and meeting sales goals.
Previous experience in sales preferred.
