Compensation:$21 - $23 hourly
Responsibilities:- Organize paperwork and perform data entry in our case management system to streamline new client onboarding and current client files
- Conduct intake appointments with new clients to gather information, collect documents, and answer procedural questions
- Solid data entry, spreadsheet management, and computer skills
- Customer service or sales experience a plus
- Possesses outstanding communication skills and sense of empathy
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Extreme attention to detail
