Consultant (LLM/AI Skillset)

Description Do you want to support innovative clients at the intersection of cutting‑edge technologies and impactful relationships? We are seeking a talented and professional Consultant (LLM/AI Skillset) to join our team. Responsibilities Act as a leader and team player within a Scrum Team as the Product Owner Collaborate closely with multi‑functional teams including product managers, software engineers, and data scientists to ensure the magnificent integration of machine learning capabilities into our solutions Architect, develop, and deploy state‑of‑the‑art models to power our conversational AI product suite Design, develop, and optimize Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) models to facilitate effective information retrieval and generation in conversational AI systems Utilize vector databases and advanced indexing techniques to efficiently store and retrieve relevant information for conversational contexts Fine‑tune and optimize large language models such as Cohere for specific use cases in the technology, construction & utilities domain Implement and experiment with cutting‑edge NLP, NLU, and NLG techniques to enhance the capabilities and performance of our conversational AI products Collaborate with software engineers to integrate machine learning models into production systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance Conduct research and stay abreast of the latest advancements in machine learning, NLP, and conversational AI to drive innovation and maintain competitive advantage Remain committed to successful delivery to the client on every engagement (success metrics involve deliverables met, client satisfaction, future project recommendations/extensions and collaboration) Prioritize operational excellence by meeting or exceeding all utilization goals Contribute to evolv’s culture and personal development through collaborating well internally, displaying our core values, participating in internal initiatives (events/groups), and/or obtaining new certifications approved by leader Help grow evolv by providing team member/client referrals and connecting with our internal network Other duties as assigned Requirements At least 3 years of experience playing the Product Owner/product Manager role for a software development team, applying scrum principles, practices, and methodology Bachelor’s degree preferred In‑depth knowledge of the Agile framework and principles Experience in launching a new or enhancing technology Proven track record of delivering data‑driven solutions with a customer‑first mindset Experience successfully driving end‑to‑end delivery of data and intelligence solutions, including a wide variety of mechanisms, e.g., dashboards, APIs, real‑time alerts, etc. Experience with procurement, expense management, and treasury businesses and processes We believe in being inclusive of all people regardless of gender, race, religion, sexual orientation, age, or any attribute not relevant to job performance.
