Job Description Analyze business and technical requirements for enterprise clients. Design and architect ServiceNow-based solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, IRM. Develop system integration strategies with enterprise platforms. Evaluate existing IT systems and recommend improvements. Provide recommendations on system improvements, digital transformation, and automation. Support AI-driven solutions and workflow automation initiatives. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into system designs. Ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives. Qualifications Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science & Engineering.
