Key Responsibilities

• Provide quality, competent nursing care at the highest level of licensure by following best practice standards and state board of nursing guidelines
• Assess, plan, organize, and direct nursing functions while collaborating with patients to implement individualized plans of care
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation of medical records in compliance with confidentiality standards
• Function as a patient advocate within the interdisciplinary care team, delegating tasks appropriately and coordinating to achieve high standards of care
• Deliver compassionate, service-oriented care by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients and caregivers
• Participate in quality and process improvement initiatives and support staff development through education and knowledge sharing

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Ability to work at the full scope of RN licensure in a clinical inpatient setting
• Demonstrated ability to make continual, data-driven clinical decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to frequently lift, move, or carry objects or persons up to 35 pounds or more
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Prior experience as an RN in a healthcare environment
• Basic proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and Microsoft Office applications
