Sales Representative

As an Sales Representative , you will be on the front lines of INSERV's growth. You will identify target prospects, build relationships with facility managers and general contractors, conduct site walkthroughs, and close service agreements across our key divisions—including Environmental Remediation, Hydro Excavation, Industrial Services, and Waste Management. This role is ideal for a proactive B2B sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys dividing their time between field prospecting, client site visits, and direct solution selling. Proactive Prospecting: Strong cold-calling, lead-generation, and territory management skills. Customer Focus: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities with a proven track record of closing B2B service deals. Technical Aptitude: Ability to learn and understand industrial processes, site remediation, and environmental compliance basics (training provided). Licensure & Travel: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and willingness to travel daily within the local/regional territory. Responsibilities Business Development & Prospecting: Proactively cold-call, network, and hunt for new B2B accounts across industrial manufacturing, utilities, municipalities, and commercial construction sectors. Site Inspections & Scoping: Conduct client site visits to evaluate service needs, collaborate with operational teams, and prepare accurate project estimates and proposals. Account Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients, securing repeat business and expanding service coverage within key accounts. Pipeline Management: Track sales activities, leads, quotes, and opportunity pipelines using CRM tools to consistently hit sales targets.
