The Opportunity: Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Location: Salinas Valley Post-Acute - Salinas, CA Compensation: $ 21.00-25- per hour (DOE) Shift Availability: Part-Time (AM & NOC Shifts Available) Why Join Salinas Valley Post-Acute? Your Impact & Responsibilities: Direct Resident Care: Assist residents with essential activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. Clinical Support: Accurately record vital signs and other clinical measurements, reporting any changes in resident condition to the nursing leadership promptly. Nutritional Support: Assist with meal service, hydration, and general comfort needs to ensure resident wellness. Safety & Advocacy: Maintain a clean, safe environment while following all infection control and facility protocols to protect our residents. Compassionate Communication: Provide respectful, person-centered care that preserves the dignity and rights of every individual in our facility. Qualifications: Licensure: Active California CNA Certification is required. Reliability: Strong attendance record and a dependable, team-oriented work ethic. Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical setting.
