Executive Transportation Unit

Executive Transportation Unit is comprised of trained security drivers that are former law enforcement, fire fighter, and military personnel. Their years of training has enabled them to use critical thinking and problem solving skills to handle emergency situations. Executive Transportation Unit’s primary responsibility is to provide ground transportation for the Chairman of Stellantis, CEO of Stellantis, Management Team, Board of Directors, and designated Executive Transportation Unit works in-conjunction with the Global Security Operations Center monitoring traffic patterns coupled with intelligence gathering for each location. Executive Transportation Responsibilities Daily Assignments Include: Every driver is familiar with the vehicles components, operation, & various features of all of our brand vehicles. Maintain and service 2 vehicles for pilots at Pentastar Aviation Provide drivers for executives (57) to and from Metro Airport, Pentastar Aviation and any and all off-site meeting and appointment locations, 24/7 Advance meeting locations, dinner venues, plant visits, etc. Determine a primary and secondary route of travel Gather intelligence on road construction, street closures, traffic patterns, alternative routes, weather conditions, etc. Determine staging area of vehicle, drop off point, and pickup point Determine primary and secondary pickup point Determine travel times to each location Work closely with the CEO & COO offices on all of their transportation needs, package pick-ups/deliveries, etc., on a daily basis. Work with Human Resources when candidates come in for confidential interviews with the CEO and leadership team members Help manage schedules and provide services for Stellantis Board members, visits from dignitaries, Chinese Delegation, and other VIP’s and Las Vegas. Check executive residences while they are travelling Answer phones/emails from administrative assistants/executives Yearly certification of Firearm, CPR, and First Aid training Order supplies for maintaining fleet vehicles (i.e. glass cleaner, towels, windshield solvent, etc.) Coordinate daily with PQRC on Executive and fleet vehicle repairs. Handling of accident reports & coordinating all repairs through Golling Dealership on all executive & fleet vehicles. Manage access to 3 executive garages, tower, tech and annex garages. 57 executive vehicles gassed and washed daily Coordinate maintenance for executive’s vehicles as necessary, including vehicle flashes & vehicle component updating. Coordinate with Marshalling Ctr. on bi-annual newly ordered vehicles for Fleet pool vehicles gassed and washed daily as necessary Maintain inventory tracking of fleet pool vehicles Coordinate maintenance for fleet pool vehicles Responsible for new vehicles ordered yearly, yearly tags and registrations, for approximately 96 vehicles Includes 3 vehicles for chairman, CEO & management team in New York All newly ordered vehicles go through a 300mile quality control testing period before the vehicles can be permanently be assigned to the #J-18808-Ljbffr TOOGANN TECHNOLOGIES
