Salary Range : $19- $19.50 hourly


Key Responsibilities

Housekeeping
• Responsible for the daily upkeep and cleanliness of common areas, office, clubhouse, model units, corporate apartments, vacated apartments, mailbox areas, stairwells, hallways, breezeways, elevators, laundry rooms and amenity areas on a daily basis
• Use schedule of future move-outs in order to prepare for future work assignments
• Conduct deep cleaning or routine services as needed or scheduled

Maintenance
• Repair any minor maintenance items
• Inspect that locks are properly functioning while working in specific areas
• Assist in helping maintain all grounds adjacent to building(s), light ice/snow removal procedures
• Assist in keeping community grounds neat and free of litter

Administration
• Maintain organization of supply area and notify supervisor of any needed supplies
• Maintain the Safety Data Sheets and keep all chemicals accurately labeled
• Assist maintenance or office team as needed
• Report any safety concerns per company policy
• Delivery of notices/flyers to apartment units as needed

• Demonstrate effective, courteous communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
• Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
• Work well with others and follow instructions
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Knowledge of safety program and related policies, procedures and laws
• Basic math skills
• Good organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Knowledge and practice of Company standard operating procedures
• Professional attitude and neat, clean, well-groomed appearance
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and willingness to learn
• Effective time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and have exceptional follow up skills
• Ability to work under some pressure relating to the completion of projects on schedule
• Team member must have the ability to operate in a constant state of alertness, and safe manner
• Able to manage emergency situations
• English must be used when communicating with a client or coworker. Another language may be used if preferred by both parties.
• Driving is an essential function of the job

Education (level and type)
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred

Required Work Experience
• Minimum number of years: Dependent on Community product

Certifications and/or Licenses
• Valid driver license legally allowing driving for work purposes during working hours
• Valid automobile insurance when operating a vehicle for business purposes
• Any other licenses/certifications required by a governing agencies - otherwise, none
