Kapsons’ customer is seeking a Senior Account Manager to oversee a major portfolio of church properties and commercial landscapes across the Los Angeles region. This role is ideal for a seasoned landscape professional with strong account management experience, proven enhancements expertise, and the ability to manage large, multi-site portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of church and commercial landscape accounts.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for property representatives and facilities teams.
• Conduct regular site walks, inspections, and quality assessments to ensure service excellence.
• Prepare, price, and present enhancement proposals (seasonal color, irrigation upgrades, planting, redesigns, etc.).
• Drive enhancement revenue and maintain strong client relationships.
• Work closely with field operations to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery.
• Oversee budgeting, job costing, contract renewals, and overall portfolio profitability.
• Track work orders, proposals, and schedules using Aspire (or similar software).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial landscape account management experience.
• Strong enhancements experience is required.
• Experience managing multi-site or church properties preferred.
• Proficiency with Aspire software strongly desired.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
• Advanced knowledge of horticulture, irrigation systems, and commercial landscape maintenance.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license; clean driving record.
