National Account Manager - California (SoCal Preferred)

Backed by the global scale of Asahi Europe & International and the production power of Octopi Brewing in Wisconsin, we're a business that moves fast and plays to win. We're adding a National Account Manager to our Sales team in California - a hunter who knows the off-premise retail landscape, has the distributor relationships to back it up, and gets fired up about putting brands on shelves where consumers can find them. You'll own a defined call list of local, regional, and national accounts across Grocery, Mass, Convenience, and Drug - and you'll be the channel expert in your Division, driving placements, programming, and performance across our brand portfolio. This isn't a maintenance role. We want someone who wants to win. What You'll Do
- Own and grow a defined account list across large and small format off-premise retail
- Drive new placements and program sell-in across Grocery, Mass, Convenience, and Drug
- Build and leverage strong buyer and distributor relationships to move the needle
- Be the go-to channel expert within your Sales Division
- Increase availability, visibility, and velocity of Asahi Super Dry, Twisted Shotz, and Zeitaku Shibori
- Partner with Trade Marketing and Brand teams to bring programs to life in market
- Base Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 annually (salaried/exempt)

- Deep experience in National or Regional Account Management in beer, RTD, or beverage alcohol
- Established buyer and distributor relationships in the California market
- Fluency in off-premise retail - Grocery, Mass, Convenience, and Drug
- High personal accountability and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, market-facing environment - not despite it
- Off-premise retail account management (large and small format)
- Buyer and distributor relationship management
- New distribution and placement execution
- Program sell-in and promotional planning
- U.S. three-tier distribution system knowledge
- Beer and/or RTD category expertise
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
