Key Responsibilities of the RN - NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care

• Provide specialized neonatal care to micropreemies and neonates with various conditions
• Administer O2 therapy, nitrate oxide, CPAP, and manage chest tubes
• Care for intubated and ventilated neonates
• Collaborate with neonatologists, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare providers
• Ensure accurate documentation using EPIC system

Requirements of the RN - NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care

• Active RN license with experience in a Level III NICU
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications
• Experience with delivery and care of micropreemies
• Proficiency with EPIC, Alaris, and Pyxis equipment
• Preferred: STABLE certification and transport experience
