Specialty: NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care Discipline: RN Start Date: 07/27/2026 Duration: 15 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2196 $500 CONTRACT COMPLETION BONUS Opportunity: RN - Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse Job Details Work in a Level III NICU caring for patient types including micropreemies, infections, respiratory distress, NAS, and level 3 patients (no major surgeries) Patient ratios of 1:1 to 1:3 on both day and night shifts Weekend rotation every other weekend No on-call responsibilities Time off requests of up to 7 days may be approved May float to PEDS unit to care for NICU babies 1 to 2 years of experience required Experience at a Level III NICU required Required skills include oxygen therapy, nitric oxide, CPAP, chest tube, care of micro preemies, experience with intubated and vented neonates, and delivery experience Transport experience preferred Required certifications: BLS, NRP; STABLE preferred Charting and equipment includes EPIC, Alaris, and Pyxis Orientation includes general hospital orientation and 1 shift on the unit Unit support includes CNA (1:18 ratio), phlebotomy for lab draws, charge nurse takes an assignment, and Neonatologist and NP in house 24/7 Bedside telemetry and nurses station telemetry monitoring with no telemetry tech Scrubs: Any color Parking: Free Facility This medical center is a comprehensive healthcare facility featuring 167 beds and offering a wide range of specialized services.
