Ability to multi-task and an eye for attention to the details

Answer customer calls and email inquiries to place orders, address questions, and resolve issues, all while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Assist in the resolution of escalated customer concerns, ensuring the best resolution for the customer in a timely manner.

Partner with leadership on how to best resolve customer questions and concerns, as needed.

Analyze requests, provide information requested or ascertain who can best provide said information, and route the request appropriately

Based on customer's order history, suggest related items for purchase and explain product features and benefits that pertain to the customer's needs

Maintain knowledge of product line, prices, delivery time, drop ship items, various marketing promotional services, and similar data

Assist with filing claims and tracking shipments for customers

Partner with the warehouse, accounting, purchasing, and other internal teams to address customer concerns

Here's what we give you:

$16.50 hourly base rate + monthly bonus potential + overtime pay (as-needed basis)
