Job Summary:

Blue Palms Health and Rehabilitation Center at Fletcher is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate 3 to 11pm RN Supervisor to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. As a 3 to 11pm RN Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care while promoting a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct supervision and guidance to Registered Nurses and other healthcare team members to ensure the delivery of excellent patient care
• Develop and implement effective nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards
• Conduct regular rounds to assess the quality of patient care and identify opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
• Monitor and manage staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage and effective use of resources
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of corrective action plans
• Foster a culture of openness, respect, and transparency, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment

Requirements:

• Current Florida RN license
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role or in a nursing leadership position
• Strong clinical and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and organization
