Lab Supervisor - Monographs
Eurofins Agroscience Services North Carolina
Supervise scientific and operational staff in method development and sample analysis at a testing laboratory. Oversee analytical data review, staff scheduling, equipment management, and compliance with GMP/GLP standards and ISO 17025 requirements.
Responsibilities
- Supervise staff conducting method development, validation, and sample analysis
- Review analytical data and prepare technical reports for clients
- Schedule staff, assign resources, and coordinate equipment maintenance
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines across team
- Develop training plans and manage recruitment, evaluations, and performance issues
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in science or equivalent
- 2+ years relevant laboratory experience with 1+ years leadership experience
- Knowledge of regulatory agency guidelines and laboratory operations
- Working knowledge of laboratory equipment and computer systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Commutable distance to Madison, WI
