Deputy CCO, Digital Asset & Trust Banking
Block
Block is seeking a Deputy Chief Compliance Officer to lead the trust bank's compliance program and ensure OCC-aligned controls. You will work with CCO, Risk, COO, CFO, and Legal to build a robust, independent function for a federally chartered national trust bank. You'll manage day-to-day BSA/AML controls, case testing, remediation, and regulatory change management while maintaining independence from revenue activities. Strong writing and communication required.
