Join EY and help to build a better working world.The OpportunityYou will leverage your expertise in wealth management platforms, product management, and business analysis to lead complex platform transformation initiatives supporting U.S. Wealth Management organizations. Working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and third-party platform providers, you will help design, implement, and optimize next-generation wealth management solutions that enhance advisor experiences, improve operational efficiency, and support evolving regulatory requirements. Collaborating across cross-functional teams, you will drive capability definition, feature prioritization, platform localization, and Agile delivery while ensuring seamless integration across wealth management ecosystems. Your experience in wealth platform transformation, combined with strong product management and delivery leadership skills, will enable you to successfully execute high-impact initiatives spanning advisor platforms, client onboarding, trading and custody operations, regulatory reporting, performance reporting, and digital wealth capabilities. As a product and delivery leader, you will partner with senior stakeholders across business, operations, technology, and client organizations to develop strategic roadmaps, manage implementation programs, and drive successful platform adoption. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future-state wealth platform landscape while leading large-scale transformation initiatives within a dynamic and rapidly evolving Wealth & Asset Management practice.Key ResponsibilitiesLead product management and business analysis workstreams supporting Wealth Platform Management U.S. localization initiatives using Agile delivery methodologies.Drive capability definition, feature prioritization, and product roadmap development aligned to business and client objectives.Lead requirements management, backlog governance, sprint planning, execution, and Agile delivery across multiple workstreams.Manage stakeholder relationships across business, technology, operations, and client teams.Lead release planning, program governance, and overall delivery execution to ensure successful implementation outcomes.Preferred ExperienceExperience with Charles River Everywhere (CRE) and Charles River Anywhere (CRA) preferred.Experience with the FNZ Wealth Platform, including implementation, enhancement, or product management activities.Strong Wealth Management, Trust, and Wealth Platform domain expertise.Demonstrated experience in Agile delivery, product management, and business analysis within financial services environments.Experience defining capabilities, features, business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Proven ability to collaborate with third-party technology vendors, platform providers, and implementation partners.Knowledge of U.S. Wealth Management processes and capabilities, including:Trading and CustodyPerformance ReportingRegulatory ReportingClient Onboarding and ServicingWealth Advisory OperationsTrust and Fiduciary ServicesStrong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and cross-functional leadership skills.To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have5+ years of experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Trust, Advisory Services, Broker-Dealer Operations, or Financial Services Technology Consulting.Experience leading Wealth platform transformation, localization, or modernization initiatives.Strong Agile delivery experience including backlog management, sprint execution, release planning, and requirements governance.Experience working with Wealth Management platforms such as FNZ, Charles River, Envestnet, Orion, Addepar, Tamarac, Pershing, Fidelity Wealthscape, or similar solutions.Proven ability to translate business objectives into capabilities, features, user stories, and delivery outcomes.Strong communication, client-facing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Experience managing teams and leading complex technology-enabled transformation programs.What we offer youAt EY, we harness our collective strength to empower you to shape your future with confidence through professional growth, personal fulfillment and an inclusive culture. The base salary range for this job is: New York City, Boston, and Washington DC Metro Areas, Washington State, and Southern California offices – $171,200 to $285,300Bay Area California offices – $178,400 to $297,200All other offices locations in the US, including Sacramento – $142,600 to $261,500Individual salaries within these ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
