Role Description This full-time Real Estate Agent role is an on-site position based in Rochester, MN. The Real Estate Agent will work directly with buyers and sellers, guiding them through property searches, showings, pricing decisions, and offers. Daily responsibilities include prospecting for new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, conducting market analyses, preparing and presenting listings, and coordinating open houses and property tours. The role also involves managing transaction paperwork, collaborating with lenders, inspectors, and other professionals, and ensuring compliance with local and state real estate regulations. The Real Estate Agent will represent Coldwell Banker's standards of professionalism and customer service while working to achieve successful outcomes for all parties. Qualifications Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and a strong foundation in Real Estate and Real Property practices. Candidates should possess proven Sales skills with experience in meeting or exceeding performance targets. Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service abilities, including communication, relationship building, and client advocacy. Candidates should possess knowledge of local Rochester, MN real estate markets and neighborhood trends. Strong negotiation, time management, and organizational skills are beneficial. Comfort with digital tools, MLS platforms, and basic office software is preferred. Ability to work on-site, maintain a flexible schedule (including evenings and weekends), and collaborate effectively with colleagues and partners. Prior experience in residential real estate or a related field is an advantage.
